We are so excited to be offering our first ever online programs in collaboration with wonderful and talented teachers and creatives from all over the world.
We have always believed that yoga is much more than a physical practice - it is a lifestyle and a way of being. Which is why we have introduced a range of courses that are designed to enhance your existing yoga practice. Whether you are just getting started with yoga or have been practicing for years our courses will lead you to explore different aspects of a yogi lifestyle.
In this current global environment it is especially important to take care of our mental health and wellbeing. This 3 day online retreat is an opportunity to reset physically and mentally and take the time to go inwards and focus fully on yourself.
During this 3 day mindful retreat you will enjoy twice daily yoga classes, daily meditations, mindfulness workshops and nutritious recipes for breakfast lunch and dinner.

Daily Vinyasa & Yin Yoga
Enjoy a daily guided morning flow yoga class and meditation to set you up for the day. At the end of the day wind down with a relaxing evening yin yoga class. Also included is bedtime yoga nidra for a better nights sleep, guided meditations and body scans.
Each days' classes are designed to restore you and leaving you feeling renewed by the end of the retreat.
Daily Wellness Workshops
Take control of your life and learn how to harness your emotions in our daily workshops with Georgina - Yin teacher and Life Coach.
Learn tips and advise on how to live a more mindful life (including a great downloadable workbook) and join a Vision Workshop to get you started designing a life you would love to be living.
Daily Plant-Based Meals
Enjoy wholesome and delicious plant-based recipes each day. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all sorted including downloadable recipes and shopping lists. Each meal has been designed to support you on your retreat and promote a a full body detox.
Self-care is not selfish
It’s important in these times of change to take extra care in looking after yourself, pausing and tuning into your inner voice, listening to your body and feeling ok to not be ok. Now more than ever is a perfect time to reflect on what is important in your life, to take note of all the things you are grateful for and perhaps put into place plans for self-growth and development
