Georgina Watson, our Founder had a dream of making a Raw Food uncomplicated and inexpensive. After meeting Freya Bernadette on one of our trainings they decided to team up to bring the dream to life with Freya's inspiring and easy raw food recipes.

So turn off your oven for a couple of days as we take you through a variety of snacks, mains and deserts made of uncooked, unprocessed and mostly organic foods. Your staples will be raw fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds and we’ve even included a downloadable recipe book to keep inspiring you even after you finish the course.
